How can I check on the status of my orde?

I'd like to order something that's out of stock. Can I get a rain check?

How long do I have to cancel an order?

Because we try our best to ship your order within 24 hours, we encourage you to cancel your orders within 24 hours.

Which items are covered under your warranty?
